Wuhan Donghu Integrated Free Trade Zone No.2 Kakou Industrial Park

The planning area for the second phase of the Donghu Integrated Free Trade Zone is 3.36 square kilometers, with functional areas such as bonded processing zone, bonded logistics area and bonded service area.the industrial park project will inject new vitality into the construction of Hubei Free Trade Zone, and promote the reform dividend and the opening dividend to benefit the export-oriented industries and enterprises more widely, and create a better space for Hubei to build inland open highlands. The project was undertaken by Hubei General Contracting Company.

Wuhan Biological Agricultural Industry Base

Wuhan Bio-Agricultural Industry Base is jointly funded by Longxin Science and Technology and Gao Nong Group, which belongs to the Municipal Academy of Agricultural Sciences,It is the core demonstration park for the construction of biological agriculture, life and health industry in Wuhan.after completion, the park will make full use of the national, provincial and municipal key R & D platforms, focus on decoding food safety, implementing integrated innovation, focusing on biological agriculture, cultivating healthy industries, building the R & D engine of national biological agricultural technology industry, talent highlands, entrepreneurial parks and industrial clusters of the domestic biological agriculture science and technology industry, and becoming the iconic gathering area of the first-class biological agriculture industry in radiation central China and even the whole country. After the establishment of the Institute ,50 technical achievements can be developed each year ,15 patents for core technology inventions can be applied, and the annual output value can reach more than RMB 1 billion. Longfei Fiber Optic Science Park

About 60% of the world's cable production comes from China, Longfei company is the country's largest fiber and cable suppliers. With the increasing market share, Longfei Fiber is in urgent need of increasing production capacity, HICC has undertaken Longfei Science and Technology Park (Phase II) project, Qianjiang Longfei Fiber prefabricated rod and fiber industrialization project. Because the production of fiber optic cables is very sensitive to environmental factors, the project contains a large number of control equipment and systems such as temperature, humidity, particles in the air, etc. These devices and systems enable products to be produced and manufactured in a good environment with constant temperature and humidity and clean air. The design and construction process of this environment space can be called purification process. After the successful completion of the Longfei project, HICC will have the construction capacity of many industries such as electronic information, semiconductor, optoelectronics, precision manufacturing, medicine and health, bioengineering, aerospace, automobile spraying and so on. HICC Science and Technology Industry Park

Hubei Industrial Construction Science and Technology Industry Park is located at 21 Lianhu Road, Caidian District, Wuhan City. It is a new science and technology industry park created by the Group through the reorganization of its member units —— Times Automobile and Hubei Elevator Factory assets. The park covers an area of more than 30 mu and has built an elevator test tower which integrates testing and sightseeing functions. In November 2018, the Industrial Park was officially opened.

HICC Electromechanical Technology Industry Park

It is regional headquarter by taking HICC Installation Company and other companies as the headquarters , layout construction and installation engineering new technology research and development and design research institute, inspection and testing comprehensive test center, national industrial building quality and energy efficiency testing center, and a number of colleges and universities to build production, learning, research and development base and academician workstation to build technology incubation platform and other projects. The total floor area is about 120,000 square meters.

Xiangyang Hi-tech Electronic Information Industry Park

The project is located north of Qiujiagou Road, Xiangyang High-tech Zone, west of Cherry Blossom Road, with a total land area of 200427 square meters, and the project investment is about 500 million. The electronic information industry is one of the six pillar industries in Xiangyang City. Xiangyang Hi-tech Zone was established in November 1992 with the approval of the State Council. It has a resident population of 200,000 people, an administrative area of 200 square kilometers and built-up area of 80 square kilometers. The project is designed by HICC Design Institute and built by General Contracting Company.

Shiyan Heavy Assets Industrial Park

The total investment of the project is about RMB 240 million yuan. The project is a heavy assets industrial park in Maojian District, Shiyan City, located at the junction of Dongyi Avenue and Longmen Second Road, Shiyan City.it was built by HICC general contracting company, It will become a modern landmark industrial park with high-grade taste, high efficiency, production and staff life.

Northwest Hubei Hengyun logistics park

The project takes the electronic commerce information transaction as the core, takes the automobile industry transportation as the main, takes the entity product experience shop and the logistics express transportation as the bright spot, creates the Shiyan Fangxian modern logistics hub center. The total investment of the project is RMB 452.5 million yuan, with an average investment of RMB 2.045 million yuan per mu. The project is located in Lianhua Village, Chengguan Town, north of the first class road around the city, east of Fangxian high passenger station, with a total construction area of 133768 square meters, including vehicle service center, e-commerce street, logistics industry park, information center, integrated service building, logistics warehouse, commodity display and logistics distribution center, refueling and other facilities, the project was undertaken by HICC Third company.

Jingmen Auto Parts Industrial Park

Total investment of Jingmen Auto Parts Industry Park project is about RMB 3 billion yuan, planning area is about 1500 mu, the total construction area is about 1.04 million square meters, the project is divided into two phases. The total investment of the first phase planned is about RMB 1 billion yuan, constructing 13 factories, an exhibition hall, a canteen and 3 dormitories which are undertaken by HICC General Contracting Company. The total investment of the second phase planned is about RMB 2 billion yuan, covering an area of about 1000 mu.

Jianli Glass Aluminium Industrial Park

Jianli is the country's famous township of glass aluminum. With a total land of 4000 mu and an estimated total investment of RMB 4 billion yuan, through three phases of construction,a large integrated industrial park with the functions of aluminum profile, glass production and processing, logistics and market trade is built in Jianli. The project was undertaken by HICC General Contracting Company.

Songzi Return Home Start-up Park

EPC project of returning home to start-up park is a new strategic decision for the high-quality economic development of Songzi city. The project is located on both sides of the first class highway of Chengdong Industrial Park in the Economic Development Zone, divided into two parks in the north and south, with a total investment of RMB 920 million yuan, of which 3 supporting municipal road projects are 2983 meters. The total area of the project is 78602.47 square meters and the total building area is 146007.84 square meters, of which the total building area of the Southern District is 75926.08 square meters, the design factory building is 7 units(6 units with3-story frame structure ,1 unit with single-story steel structure),1 unit with 5-story frame structure dormitory and 1 unit with other supporting building, which is built by HICC General Contracting Company.

Jingmen Linglong Tire Industry Park

The project is located in Jingmen high-tech zone, divided into three phases of construction, with the total investment of RMB 5.4 billion yuan, mainly constructing 14.46 million sets of high-performance radial tire production line. After the completion of the project, the products can meet the tire supply in Hubei, Sichuan, Chongqing, Jiangxi, Shanxi and other places, and are expected to achieve annual sales revenue of more than RMB 5 billion yuan. After the completion of the above project, Hubei Linglong Tire will become the largest tire enterprise in the central region, which is also the largest single investment and fastest construction project in Jingmen City, which is built by HICC General Contracting Company.

Zhongxiang Alliance Industrial Park

Shanghai (ZhongXiang) Alliance Industrial Park was built by ZhongXiang Municipal Government in cooperation with Shanghai Alliance Industrial Co., Ltd. Hubei Zhong Ruixiang Investment Co., Ltd. invested in the construction of plant and supporting facilities, Shanghai Alliance is responsible for the introduction of intelligent CNC equipment, automotive industry ,3 C industry, machinery and supporting processing enterprises settled. The total investment of the project is 10 billion yuan, the planned area is 2000 mu, the new factory building and supporting facilities are 800000 square meters, and all kinds of production equipment are purchased. After the completion of the industrial park ,70-80 enterprises can enter the park, annual sales revenue can reach 12-15 billion yuan, annual profits and taxes can reach 12-15 billion yuan. The project was undertaken by HICC Third Company.

Xiong Feng Industry Incubator Center

Xiongfeng Industrial Incubator Center is located in Xiongfeng Village, Yuquan Office, Dangyang City, Hubei Province, south of Xiongfeng Avenue, east of Yunchang Avenue, north and west of adjacent urban planning road. The Centre can meet the multi-purpose needs of citizen services, procurement and trading centre services, industry incubation, exhibition, convention, public fitness and recreation. The planning land area of Xiongfeng Industrial Incubator Center is about 90.45 mu, and the new citizen center and museum are built by HICCInfrastructure Company.

Dangyang Shuanglian Industrial Park

Dangyang Shuanglian Industrial Park infrastructure construction project is located in Dangyang Shuanglian Industrial Park, the project is a EPC project, including five sub-projects (Quanhe Road Project, Wang Shuangda Road Project, Shuangbai Road Project, Wang Shuangbei Road Project, Donghuan Road Road Project), the total cost of construction and installation is 266 million yuan, the project was undertaken by HICC International Company.

Wuhu Modern Industrial Park

Jiashan Guigu Internet of things Industrial Park
