On the afternoon of May 21, the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation framework agreement between HICC and Hubei Salt Group (HSG) was held in SASAC of Hubei provincial government. Fu Limin, secretary and director of SASAC of Hubei provincial government witnessed the signing and delivered a speech.
Liu Guanghui, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of HICC and Liu Jianghai, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of HSG stated that: under the leadership of the SASAC of the provincial government, the two sides will give full play to their respective advantages in resources, market, technology, management, etc., taking market demand as the guide and taking win-win cooperation as the vision to establish and improve the strategic cooperation mechanism. They will carry out in-depth and practical cooperation in the fields of fixed asset investment and development, industrial development and upgrading, expansion of overseas salt market, etc., so as to provide new impetus for the transformation and development of enterprises and contribute to boosting the high-quality development of Hubei's economy.
At the signing ceremony, Fu Limin put forward four requirements for the two enterprises:
First, grasp the direction and seize the opportunity. In the fight against the epidemic, the two enterprises played an important role in the construction of emergency medical facilities and the supply of salt. In the new campaign to revive the economy and resume production, you should continue to maintain their focus and play the role of ballast and main force of state-owned enterprises.
Second, improve strategy and create strengths. Both enterprises have good traditions, and have marvelous growth in recent years. Through this cooperation, you should exert full advantages, work together to plan for development, create the advantages of state-owned assets and achieve mutual benefit and win-win.
Third, strengthen management and prevent and control risks. The two enterprises should firmly establish the bottom line, strictly master risk prevention, and improve the management level and enterprise efficiency by promoting three system reforms, centralized fund management and other measures.
Fourth, you should strengthen party building and lead team well. Party building is the “root” and “soul” of state-owned enterprises. It is a major political principle to adhere to the party’s leadership and it must be consistent. The two enterprises should resolutely implement the rectification of inspection and audit feedback problems, and strive to build an excellent team that is “loyal to the party, brave in innovation, well managed, prosperous and honest”.
